For the first lesson, I’ll guide your loved one through setting up Zoom or video chat — at no charge. If I can’t get them connected, you don’t pay.
2. Choose the Topics That Matter Most
Whether it’s learning FaceTime, texting, YouTube, or staying safe online, I tailor each session to what your loved one needs — including scam and fraud prevention.
3. Ongoing One-on-One Lessons

First Session - SETUP SESSION

Worried they won’t even get on Zoom? I’ll help them for free.
Before any paid lessons begin, I offer a complimentary session to set up Zoom or FaceTime (or an equal alternative), test the audio and video connection, and of course, make sure your loved one feels comfortable. There is NO OBLIGATION to book subsequent sessions.
One-time session
$65
After the setup session, you have the option to book a one-time session for a topic / topics of your choosing. This session is up to 50-minutes long, and if possible, we could cover more than one topic.
3-Session Starter Pack (MOST COMMON)
$180
For most seniors, one session is not enough to gain proficiency in using their device/s. In our setup session, we can decide what topics we want to go over and tackle them in the subsequent three lessons. You can also help assist in making that decision.
Monthly Support Plan (CANCEL ANYTIME)
$95/month
If your loved one is seriously dedicated to learning and improving, this is the best plan for them. It includes 2 sessions per month, plus the ability to email me anytime they have a specific question. The monthly plan will give me an opportunity to build a relationship with them and really ease their anxiety related to technology.

1. Services Offered
We provide one-on-one technology tutoring services for older adults, including assistance with using smartphones, tablets, computers, and popular apps.All sessions are conducted remotely.
2. Booking and Scheduling
You may book an introductory or paid session through our website via Calendly. The introductory session is free. Paid sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Paid sessions might be a subject of rescheduling based on unforeseen circumstances surrounding the Get Connected Seniors.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment information.Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session. You are responsible for ensuring the senior has access to a compatible device and stable internet connection.
6. Privacy
We collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses to deliver our services. We never sell your information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
